Theo Davis  is the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of OnEShot Music Group (OMG), a UK music-based entertainment company. Davis has spent most of his entire career in the music industry and has either produced, managed or generally worked with many worldwide musicians, including Wretch 32, Dutchaveli, Clue, Levelle London, Future Fambo, iWayne, Giannii, Zamunda, Tzy, Cutty Ranks, Bramma, Jae Prynse, and Navino, among many others. Over the span of ten years, he has not only pioneered new approaches to the signing and development of some amazing upcoming recording artists and songwriters, but he has consistently been a success in the development of innovative business models. 

Davis founded OnEShot Entertainment in 2009, which became the first North London based company which delivers services within Music & Entertainment  for upcoming artist. After two years of OnEShot being  founded, Davis created a sub division called OnEShot Music Group, which primary services is within music production,  artist management & artist development. Theo is subsequently the Chairman, President, PSC and Chief Executive Officer of OnEShot Music Group UK. He currently oversees all the global operations outside and within the U.K.

He quietly lives in U.K with his family.
